The suitcase sale is an annual event at the KAEA fall conference. Members can bring their work (about the amount that fits in a suitcase) to sell.
This event will happen Friday early evening from approximately 4:45 to 5:30pm in the evening. We are scheduling the event earlier so that everyone will check out the amazing art before leaving for evening activities!
If you are interested in a table for the suitcase sale, please email Lori Santos (l) to make a reservation. Send your notification by October 19th to make sure we have enough tables available.
While there is no table fee for participating, each member in the suitcase sale is required to bring a piece to donate for the silent auction at check-in. Please have a minimum amount that is a fair value for your donation on the bid form. If this is not met, your piece will be returned and we would request a small donation instead.
